Returns Policy
You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Under no circumstances will any tools be accepted for return after 60 days.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
If you need to return an item we offer two methods. First, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. The second option is to call us and we will provide return information over the phone.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Some restictions apply, please contact us for further details.
During checkout you will be presented with several shipping options based on your location. All of these options are calculated directly by UPS and are determined by the weight of the order. Currently, we offer UPS Blue (2nd Day Air) at the UPS Ground Rates for most orders (Please contact Atlas for additional information). In addition, we offer FREE UPS Ground shipping on any order over $350.00 dollars!
Shipping for orders outside of the United States is processed on a case to case basis. Generally, we require that you provide a UPS Collect number for billing purposes. If a prepaid option is selected at checkout you will still be liable for any import taxes or tarifs that are billed by the carriers. These charges will be added to the original payment method. If that payment method is no longer vaild you will be billed directly.
