Atlas Cutting Tools’ carbon and HSS dies are for threading rods, bolts, studs or similar applications where external threads are required. Our round split dies are produced as round cutters with an adjustable screw to force the die to widen or narrow. This allows the die to cut to all standard thread classes.
The high-speed steel (HSS) dies are corrosion resistant and will increase the longevity and durability of the die. They are the ideal cutting tool for larger volume productions. Both the Carbon steel and the high-speed steel dies that we manufacture are perfect for use with a variety of steels and steel alloys, and a range of non-ferrous materials, too.
