Carbide Double End
Double end chamfer mills have a cutting edge machined on both ends of the tool, doubling usable tool life and reducing cost per edge compared to single end chamfer mills.
Two Cutting Edges, One Tool: Once the first end wears down, flip the tool to access a fresh cutting edge — a straightforward way to reduce chamfer-tooling costs on higher-volume deburring and edge-breaking work.
Selecting Flute Count and Angle: As with single end chamfer mills, match the included angle to the chamfer specified on the print, and choose flute count based on the balance of chip clearance versus edge finish your job requires.
