Dowel Pin Reamers
Dowel pin reamers are precision sized to produce accurate, repeatable holes for standard dowel pin fits used in tooling, fixturing, and assembly work. Our selection includes Cobalt and HSS versions in RH Spiral and Straight Flute styles, plus HSS Straight Shank reamers.
Because dowel pin location accuracy is critical for repeatable fixture and mold alignment, these reamers are held to tight tolerances during manufacturing. Cobalt options are a strong choice when reaming harder tool steels or when higher-volume production demands longer tool life between resharpening. All dowel pin reamers are manufactured in the USA and typically ship the same day.
