Carbide High Performance
Our Carbide High Performance end mills are engineered for shops running aggressive feeds and speeds on modern CNC equipment. This line features Variable Index and Variable Pitch designs in 3, 4, 5, and 6 flute configurations, available in Corner Radius and Ball profiles, plus end mills purpose-built for aluminum with high-shear geometries that clear chips fast and resist built-up edge.
Variable index geometry reduces harmonic vibration during cutting, allowing for higher metal removal rates and better surface finish than standard-index tools. Every tool in this line is finished with ALTiN or ALCRO-MAX coating for extended tool life in demanding steel, stainless, and superalloy applications, and is manufactured in the USA using sub-micro-grain carbide.
