Our solid carbide end mills are manufactured from premium sub-micro-grain carbide for maximum hardness, wear resistance, and performance at high spindle speeds. This category includes Square End Carbide End Mills, Carbide Ball End Mills, Double End (Square and Ball) versions for extended tool life between changeovers, Carbide Corner Radius End Mills for reduced chipping in corner-intensive work, Micro End Mills for fine-detail machining, and Tapered End Mills for draft-angle applications.
Carbide end mills hold an edge far longer than HSS or Cobalt in most steel, stainless, and aluminum applications, making them the preferred choice for high-volume CNC production.
