All Solid Carbide End Mills can be used for a wide range of job applications. All square nose end mills are center cutting, which allows for plunge cutting as well as the ability to create multi-dimensional shapes and profiles. They are also used for slotting, profiling and roughing. Double end square nose end mills provide twice the tool life of single ended tools by offering two functional cutting ends. Our carbide offering includes 2 & 4 flute end mills. Lower flute counts are more efficient at removing material whereas higher flute counts create a smoother finish. All general purpose end mills have a 30° Helix. Our double end carbide end mills come is Stub and Regular lengths with TiN, TiCN, and ALTiN coatings.
